Once a bet is confirmed and accepted during in-play betting, it cannot be cancelled. Delays in placing in-play bets may result in the odds having changed by the time the bet is processed — the system will either accept the bet at the new odds or prompt you to confirm before proceeding.
Any attempt to exploit obvious pricing errors or system glitches to place bets at clearly incorrect odds will be treated as a breach of these terms. Such bets will be voided regardless of the outcome.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — for any reason, including responsible gaming — may do so by contacting player support.
